We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
• Returned with any original packaging or tags

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Made-to-Order Items

All sales of made-to-order items are final sale. Because these items are created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for made-to-order purchases.

This does not affect your rights if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
